Servo-Hydraulic UTM’s for advanced material property evaluation Tension Compression Flexure Fatigue (Low cycle Fatigue / High Cycle Fatigue / Fatigue Crack Propagation ASTM E647) Fracture mechanics (K1c per ASTM E399, J1c, CTOD per ASTM E-1290).Damping properties ,Vibration testing.
Test systems designed for conducting tests at ambient temperature, Elevated temperature (high temperature fatigue characterization) Low temperature. Test speed range slow strain rate testing (typical of corrosion interaction)(1 x 10 -7 /s strain rate) high strain rate testing (flow deformation studies).(150 /s true strain rate Servo-controlled pumps come in two versions: hard-wired autonomous control with electronic setting of operating high and low pressure. Operating pressure is set with the convenience of on-screen graphics user interface. Pumps are available over a wide flow range of 3 to 65 LPM. Servo Pumps are require marginal cooling, with the low end pumps requiring no water cooling and available with the convenience of operation from single phase mais. Safety interlocks ensure emergency shutdown in the event of oil over-temperature, under level or choked filter. Controllers are equipped with hardware, firmware and software for digital servo-control of test temperature in ovens, environmental chambers, autoclaves and furnaces used on materials test systems All control parameters are software programmable either through the user-friendly real-time graphic interface or directly, by the test application. Safety – related parameters associated with the heating process are cross-linked with other test parameters and are orchestrated to shut down power to all related drives such as hydraulics, heating coils, etc, in the event any one or more parameters drifts beyond permissible limits. Option of multi-zone / multi-point temperature control.
Custom Built Servo Test Systems : Soil compaction test rig used to evaluate pavement materials under dynamic loading Single-axis shake table facility used to understand the performance of structures under acceleration spectra typical of earthquake Two-axis test rig for evaluation of ride comfort for two-wheelers. Structural integrity assessment of pipes used in power-plants / petrochemical industries
